ABOUT US

If you met us at a show, thank you for visiting our website.  If you have not met us, WALCO is: A. Dean & Carolyn Wall, a husband- wife team that has worked together for 40 years in the textile industry.  We have operated sewing plants & developed products  for some of the best known names in the industry.  The passage of NAFTA has led to the closing of most sewing plants in the South, including ours.  In 1994, after closing a 50 year old family operation we found ourselves not ready to quit work and too old to want to make a complete change.  This led us to develop a line of garments we sell mostly at street festivals, arts & craft, tractor, & Christmas gifts shows.  With the website we hope we can sell to a larger customer base & keep our show customers informed of our upcoming shows and offer them the same garments on an as wanted basis.  We also offer some special order garments that are not available at shows.  An example would be our dog prints on our ladies "T", not on a unisex "T" as we carry at the show.  Let us hear from you with questions.  We will work hard to make this site work.  Hope you enjoy it...
